A passionate and skilled culinary professional with over 20 years of managing corporate restaurants and kitchens, Chef Neal Meier develops impressive, creative menus and thoughtful cuisine.

A graduate of Eagan High School, Chef Neal is classically trained and received his Associate of Culinary Technologies from Guilford Technical Community College in Greensboro, NC. He specializes in healthy, gourmet, home-style cooking and incorporates various influences ranging from Caribbean to Latin American and Mediterranean to Asian. Chef Neal believes farm-to-table is not just a movement, but a way of life. Using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients, he is committed to creating an unforgettable dining experience. This devotion to healthy living inspired him to create Chef Neal’s Healthy Meals, a meal prep company, specializing in gluten-free, sugar-free, and dairy-free meals that are low in sodium. He realized there is a growing demand on diet restrictions and how hard it is to make healthy selections. These heat-n-eat meals not only taste great but also make it easy and convenient to help people live their best lives.

Chef Neal enjoys teaching people how to cook and empowering them to create dishes of their own. He leads a culinary class for kids from kindergarten through fifth grade as part of a co-op and teaches them where their food comes from, how it was grown, or what it was fed. He has been married for 13 years and continues to teach his three beautiful daughters how to cook and lead healthy lives. In addition, he caters to many exclusive events and provides an in-home private chef experience with clients including professional athletes and corporate business owners. He also cooks for different ministries from feeding the homeless to open neighborhood socials, allowing him to use his gifts and talents to serve others. His dream is to open a local community commercial kitchen that will allow chefs to come together and sell their products in one establishment.
